Where an extension of submission is approved, library borrowing will be provided for the period of your extension but there is a fee payable for use.

Extensions are granted only in exceptional circumstances where the student’s work has been hampered by documented medical, personal, or unexpected academic circumstances or exceptional circumstances arising from employment. As such further exemption from Library fees due to mitigating circumstances is not normally provided.

Students who are considering requesting an extension of submission deadline, should discuss options with their supervisor.

Information about applying for an extension can be found on the University's web pages
